Facial Reflexology

Pushing reflex or facial reflexology points as part of facial improves energy circulation and results in revitalization. The motions are performed at the end of a facial process. Pushing every reflexology point in sequence for several seconds. The motion is a soft press and lift, then loose. Each side on the face is dealt simultaneously.

Essential Movements of Facial ReflexologyPoints

Point 1. Press on the bridge of the nose, in between the eyes, in the bottom of the forehead, applying both thumbs, one following on from the other. Repeat many times.

Point 2.  On top of the eyebrows, in the middle of the face, press down by the line of eyebrows.

Repeat the motion many times, doing outwards until the complete forehead is covered. Begin in the middle and smooth in an outward motion towards the temples, place both of your hands using all the fingers.

Point 3. Commencing beneath inner eyebrows, press in line working outwards until the outer corner of the eyes. Press next to the outer corner of the eyes.
Point 4.  Begin at each side of the nose; work outwards for the ear beneath cheekbone. Now move upwards until the whole of the upper cheek is covered.

Point 5. Beginning from the area between the nose and upper lip, press in an outward direction in a continual line. Repeat movement many times.

Point 6. Begin beneath lower lip, press in an outward direction in a continuous line using two fingers. Repeat many times.
Point 7. Pinch lightly on the jaw line, operating outwards.

Point 8. Press down the entire hairline, operating towards ears. Repeat many times.

Other facial reflexology points

There are many additional reflex points or reflexology on the face. Pressing all these reflexology points help

s you to increase the blood circulation and energy flow on the face and also tones the skin. Press each and every point for seven seconds.   These points are located on the face, extremities, and also other areas of the body as guided below:

1. lf the face appears tired or is sagging skin, rub in the middle of the lower cheekbone on both sides of the face.

2. For puffy eyes rub on each side of the nose in keeping with the inner edges of the eyes.

3. If your face looks tired or is sagging skin, rub on the outer edges of the eyes on both sides.

4. For lifeless cheeks and jowls rub the dimples beneath the ears on both sides of the face.

5. For eye bags and loose cheek muscle tissues rub the borderline in between eye and cheekbone on both sides of the face.

6. In order to tone up the muscle tissues of the whole body and stimulate , rub in the middle of the palms of both of your hands.
